Celle-ci donne des cours et propose aussi des promenades dans des contr\u00e9es sauvages. De juillet \u00e0 septembre elle transhume avec ses chevaux \u00e0 La Garrigue (\u00e0 10 km) \u00e0 650m d\u2019altitude.<\/p><h2>Tennis :<\/h2><p>\u00e0 Saint Chinian, \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 du camping.<\/p><h2>Cyclisme :<\/h2><p>il y a beaucoup de possibilit\u00e9s de s\u2019entrainer et de se divertir, soit en montant vers les contreforts montagneux, soit en descendant vers le Canal de Mini, ou simplement en faisant des petits tours. Il n\u2019y a pas une grande circulation et les automobilistes sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 cohabiter avec les cyclistes.<\/p><h2>Randonn\u00e9es :<\/h2><p>env. \u00e1 40 km se trouve le massif d\u2019Espinouse, avec le Caroux. On peut faire des randonn\u00e9es ou s\u2019entra\u00eener \u00e1 escalader et\/ou se plonger dans les petites rivi\u00e8res.<\/p><h2>Mer :<\/h2><p>\u00e1 45 min. vous trouvez des plages de sables.
